The Dengie is one of the most remote corners of Essex. Between the Crouch and the Blackwater, flat farmland runs out to the sea wall and the marshes, with small villages like Tillingham, Bradwell-on-Sea and St Lawrence and farms scattered between them. Distances to the nearest cabinet can be long, and Starlink offers a fast connection that doesn't rely on the line.

We install Starlink for homes, farms, holiday properties and small businesses around Burnham-on-Crouch, Southminster and the rest of the peninsula.

Big skies, strong winds

The Dengie's huge open skies are ideal for Starlink, which needs a wide, clear view. The same openness means strong winds off the estuaries and the North Sea. We use rigid mounts, corrosion-resistant fixings and sealed cable entries, and for poles we make sure the base is solid in soft marshland ground.

Not sure Starlink suits your property? Send your postcode and a photo of where the antenna could go, and talk it through with an engineer.

Holiday homes and park homes

Around Mayland, St Lawrence and Bradwell there are many holiday homes, chalets and park homes. We fit Starlink securely, with the site owner's agreement where needed, and can add a WiFi access point so the signal reaches every room.

Burnham-on-Crouch

Burnham's riverside centre is a conservation area with many older buildings. As elsewhere, we keep antennas off street-facing elevations and look for rear, outbuilding or pole positions, and tell you if anything might need checking.

Farms and boatyards

Farms on the Dengie often have offices, stores and workshops spread across a large yard, and some businesses around Burnham work from waterside buildings. We mount the antenna on the building with the clearest view of the sky and carry the connection to the others by cable or wireless link, with an access point at each end.

We can also connect CCTV covering yards, gates and moorings to the same network, viewed from your phone.

If your property already has reasonable broadband but the WiFi doesn't reach every room, better WiFi coverage may be the simpler answer, and we'll tell you before you commit.

Call 0800 151 2978
Does the wind on the Dengie affect Starlink?

The peninsula is flat and very exposed, so the mount matters. We use rigid brackets and poles rated for the conditions, corrosion-resistant fixings and sealed cable entries.

Can you install Starlink at a caravan or holiday park?

We can install Starlink for park homes, chalets and holiday properties, with the site owner's permission where it's needed, and fit everything so it's secure and tidy.

Do you cover the villages around Maldon too?

Yes, including Latchingdon, Mayland, Steeple, St Lawrence and Althorne, as well as Southminster, Tillingham and Bradwell-on-Sea.

Does the installation include the Starlink subscription?

No. The broadband service and subscription are provided by Starlink. Our installation price is separate, and we explain the work and any mounting or networking equipment included before you book.

Can you install a Starlink kit I've already bought?

Yes. Tell us which kit you have and send a few photos of the property, and we'll talk through the mounting position, cable route and any brackets you need.
